I’m an artist with limited office-management skills and resources, so I’m asking your co-operation in using the simple PayPal system. You do not need to create a PayPal account to pay me this way. You are also protected in that I never see your credit card information - it is on PayPal's secure servers only.
SHIPPING TIME
Under normal circumstances, items are shipped within 4 business days of receiving your order. If for any reason it is going to take longer, we will let you know by email. If your purchase is timely and you really need to have it sooner than this, contact me by phone at 845.807.8282 and we will make special arrangements.
SHIPPING COSTS
We know that proper packaging, long distances and insurance do add quite a bit to the cost of the piece. So I’m wide open if you have creative alternatives (a friend in the area… or perhaps you can come by in person?)
THE PRICE OF EACH PIECE ON THIS WEBSITE HAS A BUILT-IN SHIPPING AND HANDLING PRICE USING THE US POSTAL SERVICE.
So the price you’re seeing on this website INCLUDES SHIPPING BY USPS to any location in the US.
CAREFUL PACKAGING
Don’t worry… I know how easily ceramics breaks. (Yes, my heart has broken over breakages!) So I package things very well – double boxed snugly with packing peanuts and air bags. And each piece is insured.
OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS
Of course I can be flexible on shipping too…Some of my clients have given me Fedex and UPS account numbers to use, so please email that to me if you have one.
